The invoice forwarding channel Kivra will be used in the judiciary
Since 8.4.2024, the judiciary has introduced the new invoice forwarding channel Kivra, which has been put out to tender by the State Treasury. Kivra will be used in addition to OmaPosti and Suomi.fi messages from invoice forwarding channels already in use.
You can use Kivra at kivra.fi or by downloading the free Kivra app from the app store. To receive invoices through the invoice forwarding channel, you must register with the system. You register with bank user ID and an email address.
The introduction and use of Kivra is free of charge. By registering in Kivra, the client will receive the bills to the court quickly and securely by digital mail. The Kivra service sends a message to the user when a new invoice arrives and reminds the user as the due date approaches. The service can also be shared with another person using Kivra, in which case incoming invoices can be viewed together and the invoice can be paid by either person.
