Court fees will increase at the beginning of 2022

From the beginning of 2022, court fees will be adjusted in line with changes in monetary value. The latest increase in fees was three years ago. The Ministry of Justice issued regulations on the revision of charges on 16 December 2021.

The current legal fees of the general and administrative courts (EUR 260–510) will increase by EUR 10–20.

The fees of the Market Court and the Labour Court (EUR 2,050) will be increased by EUR 70 and the Insurance Court fee (EUR 510) will rise by EUR 20.

The fee for the consideration of a public procurement case in the Market Court will rise from EUR 4,100 to EUR 4,240 if the value of the procurement is at least EUR 1 million. If the value of the procurement is at least EUR 10 million, the processing fee shall be EUR 6,350, whereas it was previously EUR 6,140.

A private person's legal fee in the Market Court and the Labour Court will rise from the current EUR 510 to EUR 530 and in the Insurance Court from EUR 260 to EUR 270.

In the case of petitionary matters, the increases in fees are between EUR 10 and 40.

The fees charged for the delivery of documents and recordings ordered from courts, as well as the fees for issuing notices and service of certificates, will also be increased from the beginning of 2022.
